David Winters is a hard working dedicated passionate and above all quality minded individual. His background is derived from the welding industry as a professional welder for 6 plus years until becoming an inspector. As an inspector he has had the privilege to be a part of many industries. From refineries, oil field, structural, piping, Navy nuclear, active nuclear, new construction nuclear, and minor and major building construction inspection. In his time in the inspection industry, he has had the privilege and opportunity to learn and expand his knowledge from some of the greatest minds in the industry. As a forward focus to enhance our industry back to the quality it deserves and needs, he will be the next colleague that you can trust to see the job done right.
